are non-refundable once payment has been successfully processed and work has commenced, or where the digital product or service has been delivered.
Change of Mind
We do not provide refunds for:
- Change of mind.
- Incorrect service selection by the customer.
- Customer no longer requiring the service.
- Failure to use the purchased service.
- Project Cancellation
If a customer chooses to cancel a project after work has commenced, any payments already made shall not be refunded. Any completed work remains the property of the Company until full payment has been received.
Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may only be considered at the sole discretion of the Company in exceptional circumstances, such as:
Duplicate payment made by the customer.
Payment processed due to a system error.
The Company is unable to deliver the purchased service.
Where a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable processing period.
